Linwu Duck

　　As a specialty in areas south of the Yangze River, Linwu duck had been an imperial tribute from the Emperor Shun, with tender meat, high protein, low fat, delicious taste and other features. Purebred Linwu ducks are generally free-range at the source of the Pearl River, which is the mountainous area of Wushui River in Shunfeng Mountain. With it as raw material, using modern food processing technology, combined with traditional production process, the products are elaborately fabricated as a fine cuisine for home, travel and banquet.
