Zhangjiajie Juefen

　　Juefen is one of the three treasures in zhangjiajie. Juefen is product of bracken - "Juegen" in Chinese. It is similar to the arrowroot. Juefen is epurated powder from bracken (Chinese bracken). It was originally from Qin and Han Dynasty in the remote mountains of zhangjiajie. The taste of Juefen is smooth and tender. Juefen belongs to a special starch containing many necessary microelements such as glutamic acid, zinc, calcium Selenium and so on. The recordation about Juefen was found on (Ben Cao Gang Mu) by Li Shizhen. It recorded bracken has the function of accelerate assimilation, strengthening stomach, promoting blood, lowering blood pressure and losing weight and so on.
